I’ve found the perfect song for my film / TV show / commercial, what next?

All songs in the library can be cleared and licensed in the same day. Simply contact an Aperture representative.

Is there an instrumental / clean version of the song I’m using?

We can provide instrumentals and radio edits upon request for many, but not all songs in the Aperture Music Library.

My project has a very small music licensing budget, are prices flexible?

Aperture believes that every project deserves to have great music, no matter what the budget. We negotiate affordable prices based on the budget of each individual project.

Are all the songs priced the same?

There are two separate catalogs here at aperturemusiclibrary.com The vast majority of songs are part of the “Independent Library” and are priced identically (and are part of our pre-cleared deals with major studios). The second catalog is our “Oldies Library” and is priced differently (and not part of our pre-cleared deals) These tracks are easily identifiable as they are filed under the genres 50s, 60s & 70s and their track names include the date they were recorded.

Does the Aperture Music Library produce custom songs / score?

Many of our artists are available to write and record original music for your project. If you have a specific music need contact us and we’ll match you with the right artist for the job.

I’m an artist who would like to license their music, does Aperture have an artist submission policy?

The Aperture Music Library is always looking for new music. If you’re interested in joining us, mail a CD along with contact information to:
